terrible check-in disorganized staff
the breakfast was satisfactory , but not really good.
the check-in process WAS terrible. the staff seemed confused and disorganized , and it took over an hour to get to my room. i expect MUCH better service from a hotel of this supposed caliber.

gym oversight poor ingredients
the room was a good size , which i appreciated.
the gym lacked water , a significant oversight. breakfast offered a large spread , but the ingredients tasted of poor quality. the coffee , from a machine , proved undrinkable , staff agreed with this assessment.

The superior double room was well kept. breakfast included prosecco. That was a treat!!! there were several pools. I always found a lounger.

super clean condition swimming pools
i appreciated the super clean condition of the hotel. The staff was attentive. Four swimming pools were available. the short walk to Kamari beach was convenient.

customer service was great. The staff seemed knowledgeable and engaged. They offered courteous assistance from reception to the restaurant, answering questions and providing support whenever needed .

The hotel is near the airport. It is about 10 minutes by car. The area has various restaurants and supermarkets. There is also a bus stop nearby. It provides easy access to fira and other destinations.
